Welcome to Operation Sweet Dreams 

In 2009, Cynthia Delgadillo started Operation Sweet Dreams as a project to provide free pajamas to children of low-income families and elementary school students in low-income areas. Since then it has turned into a cause. Our mission is to make sure every child in Southern California has a pair of pajamas even if their family is struggling.

Our pajamas have come from individuals with a heart for children. Their desire is to help local needy children.

We accept pajama referrals all year. A family member, co-worker or friend can refer someone who is financially struggling. Pajamas are provided based on need and current stock.

You may donate new pajamas, books, and toothbrushes.

We are in need of pajamas sizes newborn - girls/boys size 14/16.

We are based out of Corona, CA and service children in Southern California. However, we do accept pajama referrals nationwide.

One of the most asked questions is "why pajamas?". We became aware of the fact that most children of low-income families don't own a pair of pajamas, while working with some needy families at Christmas time in 2008 (family project). When money is tight often times parents are unable to purchase items such as pajamas because most, if not all, their finances are used for rent and food. Most of these children go to sleep in the clothes they wore all day or an adult t-shirt.

When our founder, Cynthia, was praying and asking God to use her to help needy children in her community this is where she felt lead. She felt her mission was to make sure children of low-income families had a pair of pajamas regardless of their families financial situation. This is were the name Operation Sweet Dreams came from :)
